How do I get started?

Please sign up to our website or email us your company details. Please note we only do B2B with retail or distributing vendors.  

How do I inquire for the parts I want?

Please send us the part referencing numbers or photos of the parts you are looking for and we will send you a quote. We can also look up based on the year/make/fitment model. 

If the part I want is not available / discontinued is there any way I can get it made?

If you can provide us a sample of the item and your quantity demand is high enough then we can have the sample verified and give you a quote for the reproduction. The sample will be sent back to you after verifying. If production is to proceed, you will also have exclusivity to this item.

Why is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

As we are a supplier and not a retailer, a minimum order quantity is needed for production to provide the parts at a competitive cost.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

After we send you quotes and MOQ of the parts, if the price is ok please sign back on the order confirmation document. For new customers we ask a deposit of 30% of the order total. Once the shipment is ready to go then the remaining 70% will need to be paid.

How long does it take for my orders to be ready?

Depending on the size of order and the type of parts. Some may take from 3 weeks to 2-3 months. New parts that are still in development may take more than half a year to be ready. If you consistently have orders with 

Is it possible to cancel a part I ordered?

If a part is ordered by mistake please let us know as soon as possible. It is usually ok to cancel within the same week. Please thoroughly check the parts you order as we cannot accept cancellations after the part has gone into production. 

Payment

When do I make the payment for my order? 

Once your order is ready to ship we will send you the invoice to make the payment. 

What currency are the prices in the quote and invoice?

All prices indicated in our documents are in USD.

What payment methods are there?

The standard payment method we accept is by wire transfer

Shipment

What shipment methods can I chose?

If the shipment is small we can arrange the shipment via TNT/FedEx. For normal shipments our standard term is FOB, which means we will handle the delivery up to the port and we ask our customers to ask the shipping company they use to schedule the shipment with us.

How long does the shipment take to arrive?

For air shipments it takes from 3 days to 1 week to arrive. For sea shipments it takes approximately a month to arrive. 

How do I pay for the freight?

For air shipments we include the freight cost in the invoice so you can the total together. For sea shipments the shipping company will quote and invoice you directly.
